Unable to download app from Google Play Store

Thanks in advance. So I was trying to update my app only to get a "Something went wrong. Try again." message. After trying several more times with no luck, I unistalled the app, hoping that would allow me to get the updated version. I still can't get the app to download, which sucks bc I just got a Sense.

Is this a common issue and are there any solutions? Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure your phone is connected to the Internet?

Absolutely, I'm not technologically illiterate. Also, I am able to download other apps without issue.

Have you tried installing it from your library.

In the Play Store go to my apps & games, and click on library tab, and see if the Fitbit app can be downloaded.

If not what is the error then?

The message is the same as it was in my first post: "Something went wrong. Try again."

Most likely a google account problem.

Have you tried syncing your google account. Or check Internet for a solution.

Its not a Fitbit problem.
