Hi everyone,

Our team is aware of an issue within the Fitbit for Android App version 2.52 where Flex 2 users can't update their swim settings under the 'Advanced' settings section. They are working on this and hope to have a fix soon! Thanks to everyone who has reported this problem and we thank you for your patience.

Meanwhile, please update your swim settings through the online dashboard

Hi,

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Got my new Fitbit today and can't find the pool length information on the app.

I'm running the 2.52 version. I tried logging out, clearing the app cache and rebooting my phone but it made no difference.

Thanks!

All the Android users having problems setting pool length - you can still do this via the dashboard on the website (but not the app). Tap the gear icon top right corner, scroll right, select flex 2 and scroll to pool length.
