As an Android user, why does my bit emoji fail to teleport to my watch face, it says this will take a while but its taking a long time, everything in connected?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, which Fitbit do you have? If you haven't already done so, please check Bitmoji's help article: Bitmoji for Fitbit and let me know how it goes. Make sure that you're using a compatible mobile device and that the Fitbit app/Android version are up to date.
