I didn't uninstall the app but it vanished anyways. Tried to reinstall from play store. It goes all the way to showing that it is installing then gives an error message. I have restarted phone, cleared data on play store and all the other troubleshooting steps-nothing. Watch is now 6 hours off. Haven't gotten notifications in forever either. Help.

Hi @Kiltouangel. Welcome! It's good to see you here in the forums and I'm sorry for the delayed response.
You've done an amazing job with the troubleshooting steps! It's odd that the Fitbit app isn't installing correctly and since the issue persists, I'll need you to provide me with your phone's model and Android version. Also, please take a screenshot of the error message displayed so I can look into this. For instructions to attach it in your reply, check this post.
By the way, I've moved your post to the Android board so you can receive more related responses about this situation and to keep our forums organized.
Keep me posted.

Hi @Kiltouangel. It's great to see you here again. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for replying back with the requested information and the screenshot of the error message. While checking your details I noticed that your LG Stylo 4 phone isn't part of our compatible devices list. As with any other app, the Fitbit app was optimized to work with phones and tablets based on the requirements of each model and OS, and future Fitbit app versions also adapt to any change implemented in the OS. Your phone fulfilled some of the minimum requirements and this might the reason why it worked before, however we cannot guarantee that it'll continue happening or that the Fitbit app can be reinstalled due the compatibility. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best suggestion is to use a device that appears in our official list so you can use the Fitbit app to sync your Fitbit.
If you need anything else, let me know.

What options do I have available? I enjoy my watch but I cant just go out and buy a compatible phone just because of that. 😭

Hi @Kiltouangel. Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for taking the time to review my post. I understand where you're coming from about not being able to use every feature included in the Versa. At this moment, my best advise is to try syncing your watch using another phone, tablet or Windows 10 with built Bluetooth so you can keep your data updated. Our team will continue working hard to add more devices to our compatible devices list.
Hope to see you around.
