I just got my new Versa yesterday and there is a clock face I want (the scrub one to remind you to wash your hands), but when I try to download it, the option is grayed out and it says "to install this clock make sure your Fitbit app on your phone and your Fitbit device have the latest update." I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I just got my watch yesterday. The FAQ about making sure you have the most recent update hasn't helped at all. Any ideas?
