My fitbit app logs me out automatically and I can't log back in. The app says "invalid name or password", the email and the password are exactly correct because I can log in to the fitbit dashboard via Chrome. Yesterday the problem was fixed by changing my password, but I don't want to change my password every single day. I uninstalled the app and installed it again, didn't help.
What's the solution? Can't sync my Versa now since I only can log in to the dashboard.

Hello @linda.u I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.
I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android board as this situation is related to the Fitbit app and not the watch itself. At this moment, I would like to ask you to force-quit the app, then try to log back in. If you're still unable to to do it, restart your phone and try again.
If you're still unable to log in to your account, take a screenshot of the error you're getting and reply to us with it so we can check this further.
