Unable to log foods

Sunday,under the Renew program,I joined,your health and wellness,somehow,I lost the part to log,the foods that I eat,how do I get that back? Thank you!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I reinsatalled my fitbit,still the same.N oplace,for logging,what I eat.

Hi @lorilynnpatrick, if you try selecting discover at the bottom of the page then select health and fitness stats.

You may find your food log has gone to hide back there. Select to add it back to the front page and you should be good to go.

Someone else recently had this happen. If one of the stats section gets inadvertently deleted, it just goes back to where it came from so you can add it back again.
