I've been using my versa 2 on my s10 but I just recently changed my phone so I'm trying to log in to the app but it says invalid email. I tried to restart the phone and uninstalled the app but it doesn't work at all. I also tried the other option Join Fitbit using my account but it just says "email already taken". Can someone help me troubleshoot this. Thanks!

Hi @Fedz it sounds like you have forgotten your password. Since you are posting through your Fitbit account, I would check your browser saved password list. Then copy and paste into the Fitbit app.
Or you may need to choose the I forgot password option.
