Have you been through the setup process in the app on your phone as described in: Help article: How do I set up my tracker?
Fitbits are unusual in that the connection has to be made via the app rather than in the phone's bluetooth settings.
So the app and device list say you have a Charge 4 connected to your account?
How long ago does the Fitbit app say that the last time a sync occured?
