Unable to login - Incorrect password error

I use this password for everything so I know it is correct, still won't let me in the app.  I shut my phone off and turned back on.  Still won't work.  Went thru steps to reset password on PC and still won't let me in the app with the new password.  Shut off phone again.  Still no luck.  Tried calling FitBit, closed.
