Unable to login

I have been trying to log in to fitbit.com since Thursday on my android phone but I get a message saying it is unavailable and to try again later. I have never had any problems previously

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which specific Android mobile device are you using? How many times you experienced this issue? In the meantime I receive your answer, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Thank you for your reply. I actually went on the help site online chat and was given the same advice, which worked. I am now up and running again thank you.
