Hello @Harishkumar, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the delay in the response, I have moved your post from the iOS board to the Android board as your phone runs Android. I would like to thank you for letting us know you have already tried to troubleshoot this issue.

Please note that many Android phones, like yours have all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but are currently not on our list of supported devicesThis means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list yet. For the time being, we don't have an specific date or time-frame of when is going they will be listed as compatible.

However, as you have already tried to troubleshoot this situation, I would like to ask you for the specific steps you've tried. This will be very helpful for us to determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hi team,

I've followed the below steps:

If you haven't done it yet, please restart your Charge 2
and your phone and make sure the app is fully
updated. Then, please follow these steps:

- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back
on.
- Plug in your tracker so it begins charging.
- Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone,
then swipe up the app.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere
with the setup process.

After checking all these, please try to set up your tracker:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right
corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Also, it's been a while I'm using Asus ZenFone 5z and prior to the Fitbit
app updated, I was able to track my workouts like other hardware. Then I
got this pie os after which this issue started.

Although, I hope this device gets compatible soon. I'll look forward for
your response.

Thanks,
Harishkumar. P

Hello @Harishkumar, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back with the information requested, at this moment, I would like to ask you to follow these steps in order:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Charge 2, then leave it plugged in and charging.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Charge 2 one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
