I am trying to add the ionic on my fitbit app and it won't let me. All the others it will. Are they not compatible with a Samsung s8?

Hi there @steph-85, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. The type of tracker doesn't determine if is compatible with certain mobile devices. How it goes so far? Where tou able to set up your Ionic? 

 

If the issue continues, please give it a try to the following suggestions: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
