Charge 2 not tracking runs

Hi, my Charge 2 occasionally decides not to record information for a tracked exercise. For example, I headed out for a run yesterday and used the app to track my run. Usually, at the end of my run the route I had taken, along with the other data such as pace, Kms, etc, would be logged in the app after finishing the exercise. However, sometimes I will finish the exercise, be shown the congratulatory message, but the data fails to show in the app. What gives?

Hi there @SunsetRunner, nice to see new faces in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post regarding your running exercises fails to sync with your Dashboard. Is this happening with all your exercises or just with Run? Are you pausing the exercise at some point of your running course?

Note that there is an issue under investigation, where the app fails to sync your exercise if the pause button is pressed. While there is not a fix yet, the workaround is to avoid the pause button in order for the exercise doesn't fail to save your exercise details.
