Sleep section in the Fitbit app not responding

my Fitbit charge started doing the same thing today out of nowhere.  I have the app on my pc and on my phone, and it doesn't work now on either.  was working fine until this morning, which I find very strange.  I try to check the sleep tile and after a few screens it says Fitbit not responding.  I may bring my fitbit back to the store...only have it a few weeks and was working ok, until today.  The sleep part of the app is important to me.

Hello there @steph8888, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community and I'm sorry for the late response. I saw your Dashboard either on your phone or PC is not responding when you go to the sleep section. I took the liberty to create an individual topic for your post, since this might be different from the original thread where you posted.

 

How it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting? For the Fitbit app in Android there is a new version that might address to stability issues you mentioned. Make sure you have this version, for more details please take a look at this post.

 

Regarding your PC, are you using the Windows 10 app? If this is correct try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Thanks for your response.  I haven't had the issue again, so it seems to have been resolved.
