Hi there @NewbieNic, awesome to have you as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I was reading you want to receive notification in your Flex 2. Have you enable this option in your Fitbit app settings?

To learn more about how to enable this option, I would like to share with you the following article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps and keep me posted if you need more help.

Hi Roberto,
Thanks for responding. I can get notifications for my phone ringing, ie fitbit vibrates and lights up but still struggling to get notifications for texts. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Hi there @NewbieNic, thank you for getting back to our Fitbit Community and for letting me know more details. I offer you an apology for the late response. By reading your post I understand the call notifications are working fine, but with text still is sporadically? Is this correct? Is the issue still persisting? Have you tried the steps I recommended before?

If this is the case, note that the Samsung A3 is not listed as compatible. This does't meant it won't work with your tracker, but some features may not work as is expected, since the app is not optimized to run with the device in question.

There is a new version for Android phones that I recommend to give it a try. For more details refer to this post.

Keep me posted if you have other questions.
