Since upgrading my phone to Samsung S9, I don't get any notifications when I get a whatsapp message.  I can not seem to find how to reset.

Hi @perrinpa66, welcome to the community!

This is happening because the Samsung Galaxy S9 is not currently a supported device.

The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 4.4 KitKat), you can try the tips on this help article.

Note that we don't guarantee that the syncing will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.

If you have any questions, feel free to let everyone know.

Thank you, I do however get notifications on my fitbit when the phone is ringing.

I wonder if this could be the issue with the Aria 2 not syncing properly to phone as well.

Hey @perrinpa66.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

As I mentioned above, while the phone itself might be incompatible, it might work from time to time. The situation here would be that functionality will not be consistent, and issues like this one can be expected. I have personally seen lots of instances where some notifications work, but not all of them do. The same would go for the Aria 2 syncing.

I'd try the troubleshooting and see if it helps for now. Please do know that this phone is being tested to improve the compatibility.

If there are any questions, please let me know.
