I've bought a Charge 4 after giving up in my Inspire last year. I can't get it to pair with either my laptop or my phone. Any advice, please? It's a Huawei phone, and a Toshiba laptop.

Hi @SheilaReed you first need to setup your Charge 4 through the Fitbit app. Then the app will ask to pair the Charge 4
