Unable to pair my charge 3 with my android

Have been using my fitbit for 7 months. Today it has disappeared from my bluetooth list.  And when I try to pair it, it says check settings.

It won't sync either.

If i go to the app and go to set up device. It says that a charge 3 is already connected to my account.  

How do I pair it again with my android

Hi @S.Field  you try a restart of the Fitbit? Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see
