I am using Fitbit Versa 2 & OnePlus 7 Pro and no issues at all, although OP7 Pro is not officially supported.

Sometimes mine works fine but when I am unable to receive the notifications.
I get the error attached above. Already rebooted the device several times. Contacted the fitbit support team as well they suggested that your device is not supported please raise the concern on community.

1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app
2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher
3) Restart your OnePlus device

Hey Man,
Earlier you helped me with the notification issue. This time the watch is unable to link with the device. When I check my activities it shows the watch was synced 8 hours ago or 10 hour ago. Please advice

Tap the third button at the bottom of your screen ( the little box icon) to get the task manager. This will show all the apps running in the background. Locate the Fitbit app and at the top right of the app you will find three dots. Tap that and tap on lock. Your app will now get locked and won’t get force stopped by system even if phone is locked.
NOTE: Sometimes the app still causes sync issues. Then I unlock the app from task manager, force stop it( by swiping up from task manager) and then restart the app and lock. This process works for me.
