When I go to post to community feed and go through steps to create a post. Everything works fine but when I post something, that same post disappears from feed within seconds. No error message comes up. Same thing happens with me liking someone’s post. The like I made gets removed after couple of seconds. It is an apple iphone that I am using. Before I am told to restart phone, log off and log back in, uninstall and reinstall app, I have done all of the steps already and it is not fixing the issue?? Anyone has any idea how to fix this? Thank you

Fitbit just seems to not care about fixing the bug they have. Been months with no one trying to fix anything. Reading up online I see lots of people have same issue and Fitbit solution is a run around to reset, restart, log out, log in reinstall the app etc. all that crap had been done already and same things keep being suggested. It seems like it’s an automatic message that gets sent out or they don’t even bother reading what the problem is. Fitbit used to be really good but honestly witching a year or so ago it has gone down. I can’t like or post anything and my friends seem I’m inactive. Fitbit needs to get their **ahem** together or they will loose everyone at some point. Apple Watch here I come
