I have note 8 i can read the fitbit msgs on my app but i cant reply any help please i have the latest version

Thanks for bringing this up. 

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you take some screen shots of what you see and then post them here as a reply? That way I'd be able to get a visual on the situation and find the best way to move forward.
