I have Fitbit Versa. I track my running exercise in the morning. I connect my Mobile with GPS 'ON'. After refreshing the mobile app, it updates the starts of my running activity, but the GPS map does not appear below the activity app.
I checked the Exercise settings on the Fitibit Versa, the GPS connectivity is set to be ON. Still i cannot see the map.
Any idea!!

Seems odd that your Fitbit Versa isn't routing your exercise map even though the GPS is properly connecting to your mobile device, this is certainly not a common situation. To better assist you, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? Also, can you please let me know if when you track the exercise, after syncing this information, the activity is shown on the exercises list but the GPS map doesn't? Or the map is shown but you're unable to open it? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your Versa to refresh its performance. Also, try the following steps:
