The sync from my Alta HR to my hauwei p20 pro does not work. It's been attempting to sync all day.
My Alta HR Fitbit works fine. It just doesn't sync up to my phone. I've tried syncing a few times and even resorted to uninstalling the app and re-downloading. It was working fine. Does anyone know what would have happened to cause this and how to resolve?

Seems odd that you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Huawei P20 PRO, even more when this specific mobile device is compatible with our products and services, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to take a look to our help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to verify if there's no missing requirement on your Huawei that's preventing the syncing process to be completed.
