Active minutes are not shown after Fitbit app update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My android app updated recently.  The dashboard is not registering active minutes correctly (device displays active minutes and when I sync to app, app resets any partial count to zero). Have also had issue where even though active minutes are registering as above target goal, the day is not counting toward days per week goal accurately.  I can manually enter in info and it will count/recognize the day as above goal. However, it adds in the additional time and thus my active minutes count is inaccurate. This has been going on for at least 2 week. I have logged off app, logged back on. I uninstalled and reinstalled app. Do not know how to restart my Alta HR.  Never had issue like this since purchase/install Dec 2018.

Help please.

Hello @BellaPixie thanks for bringing this to me, it's a pleasure to assist you with the inconvenience experienced with your Fitbit app. By the way, welcome to the Community Forums.

Seems odd that the active minutes are not being shown on the Fitbit app after completing the update, thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, this occurs only with the Active Minutes tile or with another one too? Is this happening everyday? In the meantime I receive your answers, you can restart your Alta HR following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Also, please try following:

  1. Make sure that your mobile device is compatible
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app
  3. Clear cookies and cache.
  4. Reboot your phone
  5. Sync your Fitbit device

Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
