Hi, I'm on a LG g6 and I'm using an updated fitbit ionic. For some reason I can't view the dashboard that shows me all my stats like sleep tracking, steps taken etc. What can I do?

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? When you open the Fitbit app, you receive an error message, the dashboard never loads or it loads but no information is shown? If possible, please send me a screenshot of your dashboard. You can refer to this post to do so.

 

In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your LG G6.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persist.
