Unable to set am alarm

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I originally set up my fitbit charge 2, I selected " not at this time" for the am alarm. Now I am unable to set the am alarm. I have a wake up time but no alarm choice.

It's always nice to see new faces around in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard @Smitka! I'm wondering if the app is giving you some sort of error when you try to setup an alarm?

In order to enable an alarm from your Fitbit app, you need to do the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the +  green icon located in the main screen
  2. Tap Set Alarm.
  3. Tap Add a New Alarm or if you have an alarm already set, tap the + icon.
  4. Select the alarm time and frequency, and don’t forget to save. The app should sync with your tracker immediately in order to apply the changes on your tracker.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around in case you need additional help.
