Since the last update of the Android app, I cannot find an option anymore to set/change the silent alarm of my Fitbit charge device. Has this option been moved to another location or just disappeared?

Solved by logging out and logging in again in the Android app. No complaints about old firmware anymore and the Silent Alarm option appeared again.

Hello, @Rienk! Welcome to the Forums! The option is still there, just click on devices, then click on the picture of your tracker, scroll down and select silent alarms.

Let me know if you still have more questions. 🙂

When I do that, I see a Sync, General and Help section, but none of them contains a Silent Alarm option.

I noticed that my app is complaining about old tracker firmware (verson 8.35) while the PC app thinks it's up to date. Aldo the last sync time in the Android app remains op 'Dec 6th' even when I synced a few seconds before.

I'm having similar troubles. The options to set alarms has disappeared.  There also is no longer a display for steps and other dashboard items. I've tried logging off and on, as well as restarting the device...
