Unable to set up device in my android device

All was working fine till day when I couldn't unlock my ionic. Note that I did not do any change of password. Therefore I removed the device and tired to add it again. Now I'm stuck at the stage where it is asking me to enter the 4 digits shown on my iconic's screen. The 4 digits are not showing on the watch's screen. It kept asking me to key in my pin to unlock the watch. Please help!!

The problem is that, inspite of being told to use the app to unlock the tracker, the tracker was removed from your account and app. 

Through the app it takes about 39 seconds to unlock the tracker. 

However since the app doesn't know the tracker, we now have to do a factory reset. Please see my post here.

Thanks for the help!! Managed to add the watch back to my phone and the watch is updating its software now.
