Unable to setup Alta

My fit bit was working fine until a few hours ago.  It wouldn't show anything.  The app showed it was at 25%.  I plugged it in and it showed more than that.  Then it went to just scrolling www.fitbit.com/setup.  I have uninstalled and installed it again.  My dashboard online looks fine. What is going on?
