Hi,
I have a charge 2 and I cannot get it to connect with my Samsung A20e phone. I have tried everything and followed all the advice I can.
I get as far as the 4 digit code and then...nothing...
Things I have already tried:
Turning my bluetooth off and on again (for at least 5 seconds)
Turning the phone off and on again
Turning the charge 2 off and on again (except you can't do that on a charge 2, so I waited for it die and recharged it)
Making my phone forget the charge 2.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
