My charge 2 tracker can't pair with my phone- Xiaomi Redmi note 8. I removed the device from the app and tried to add it again, it sends the code but then it appears connecting indefinitely. I have tried to restart Fitbit and my phone and nothing appears to be working. Can someone help me? Is this a common issue?
