Hi, my charge 2 will no longer sync, I haven't used it for a while. I have tried unparing with my phone's Bluetooth and 're paring, but my phone now says incorrect pin or login?? I haven't been asked to input one, and I haven't changed any details since I set up my fitbit with this phone? Any advice out there!? Thanks x

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior to posting, seems odd that you're unable to setup your Charge 2 the way we designed it. To better assist you, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using for this? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to see if there's a missing requirement that's preventing the setup process to be completed, and move forward to: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? to try some troubleshooting steps to rectify this situation.
