Hi im not able to sync my charge 2 it's also asking me to do a charge 2 update which it won't do as it hasn't even got my charged 2 even connected to the app I get as fare as to being asked the four-digit number which I put in and then it won't connect any further than that i have gone though all step in deleting from bluetooth history and deleting from account and then doing a full reinstall but still getting no further than the four-digit number to sink then nothing i have a Samsung Galaxy
