I have tried the usual steps - unpairing the watch, reinstalling the App, factory-resetting the watch, restarting the Bluetooth. But nothing has worked.
Pls help

Hello @Kulyog, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, thanks for the screenshot that was attached too. Let me share with you that the OnePlus 3 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Fitbit app and Android updates.
Even though you mobile device isn't compatible, if you haven't already done so please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Ionic are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
