Good morning, I received my Charge 3 yesterday. My app will not load on my Samsung. Have tried turning phone off, checked storage, etc. Not working.

Hi @thornsu may I ask what version of Android is your phone running?
First thing I would do with my android would be to remove the Fitbit app.
Check for any phone updates.
Restart the phone
Install the Fitbit app.
Let us know what happens

Rich, I was able to download app once I updated the Google Play Store. Now unable to pair tracker with phone. Every time, I try to update tracker software, it states it is having trouble connecting to fitbit.com

Hi @thornsu, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying the steps that were shared by @Rich_Laue. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
