I have used the Fitbit app for several years for 3 different devices Versa, Charge 2 and Charge 3 without any issues. I recently purchased the new Charge 4. and it will not download to my LG Stylo phone. I reinstalled the Fitbit app and downloaded any updates on phone. My phone is runniing Android 6 OS. I did not realize that the Charge 4 needed 7 + OS or above when I purchased. Is there anything I can do without having to purchase a new phone?.
