I am trying to set up my new versa 2 on my Samsung S9 edge. When I click set up on the versa 2 device, the set up crashes and takes me back to my account page in the app. If I go back and add my Versa back as my device, I have no problem walking through the setup. Any help?!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Please make sure that your mobile device's Android version is up to date and the same for the Fitbit app version.
