Unable to setup Versa 2

I have my Bluetooth on but the versa 2 keeps rejecting my phone.

Hi @Njm1986 what is it that is not happening?

Or what is it that you want to do?

Trying to pair a tracker through the phones bluetooth will not work, the tracker should reject the pair.

 

Is the Versa 2 connected to your Fitbit account? If not then please follow the setup instructions
