i have a fitbit versa I originally had an issue with my clock it started to slow down time, to the point it was 7 hours behind my actual time, I went and reset it and it did not fix the problem, I then proceeded to factory reset and could not get it to connect, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled then tried to sync and did not sync so I tried adding it as a new device and it still did not work, I have tried this with my android phone Wich is what I have had it connected to since February and I even tried connecting through my husband's iphone still will not I don't know what else to do, it has gone from wrong time to it is stuck on the main screen to set up and won't connect for me to set up

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I have deleted all connected devices reset my phone then tried to connect again it will tell me it has found my fitbit and is connecting but then after awhile gives me a not working message, some times I have been lucky enough to get a code but it will tell me it can't find my versa after it's been downloading and at 1% for 15 minuets, I have cleared out all synced devices in security I have also tried connecting it to another device, I have been trying all sorts of different things I have found in the forums and none of them have worked, I've only had my fit bit for just under a year and I don't understand why it all of a sudden is doing this
