Unable to setup device with Samsung S7 Edge

I have unpaired my Alta HR with my mobile (samsung S7edge) two weeks ago and I am trying to pair up my device again but failed. My phone and bluebooth can found my tracker but after enter the 4 numbers that show on my Alta Hr, it keep saying "not working". I have tried million times. Also I removed other bluetooth devices, having an updated fitbit apps, reset my fitbit by pressing the charging button. Please advice what should I do?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
