Hi @Lotje1990, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting too. Let me share with you that the Lenovo P2 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.

I'm aware that some users are and were able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Fitbit device, app and Android updates. That being said, even though your mobile device is not compatible, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes

If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device or a computer instead.

I'll be around. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Your reply is appreciated @Lotje1990.

Thanks for sharing your experience with me. So we can move forward with this situation, can you please let me know if the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post were took into consideration? Did you tried with a compatible device instead so we can determine if the root cause of this is the compatibility concern that was explained?

Looking forward to your reply.
