Newly purchased versa lite. Tried to set up device, phone was able to connect/find to fitbit, but a pop up on my phone screen disappeared after the 4 digit code appeared on my fitbit screen. I'm using an OPPO A73s

Let me help you setup your Versa lite with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

Thanks for you're help! Tried the above solution but still didn't work out. I eventually set up using my friend's Android and it worked. Subsequently I downloaded the Fitbit app again on my phone and was able to sync!
