Hi @Vishwajeet.d, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To resolve this situation, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Keep in mind that the Sony Xperia AX1 Ultra G3226 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Fitbit device.

I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Come on Fitbit, with the millions of people out there with these devices isn't it time you ensured that more phones are added to your 'Compatible List'?  I have the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, and yet I still cannot sync it with my Fitbit Versa.  Surely you've had long enough now to sort this out?  It's no wonder more and more people are switching to Apple watches?
