I am facing a prblem- Not able to share the pictures from phone in fitbt app. I am using Android OS

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you, can you please let me know if you can't share pictures in the Community Feed or to change your account picture? Which Android mobile device are you using? Do you receive any error message while trying to do so? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

I can't share pictures in community. Sametime I can change photo of my profile. All steps you mentioned I tried and miserably failed. 

I use Redmi Note 5 phone and flex 2 device.

Follow the instruction but no luck.

I just upgrade to Android 11 on my Pixel 3 XL.

Sharing picture for individual exercise, such as impact/heartbeat, but remain blank display in "Compose" step, and as the result other App I want to share like "LINE" mentioned the picture is corrupted.
