Unable to start a challenge

I can't create a challenge.  It comes up but it doesn't allow me to select people

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the below steps and also check the information that's specified on our help article: What should I know about Fitbit challenges?

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have an android phone. This happened last week as well even though I was
able to start one..on a Wednesday
