This morning my Inspire HR wouldn't sync since 4:30am. At first it was showing up under my bluetooth devices. Updated the software. Restarted phone. Now doesn't show it as available devce.

Hello @deejsal, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that the LG K30 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thank you Ricardo. I have followed the recommended steps, but restarting/rebooting my cell phone has not helped since the latest issue has been that the cell phone's bluetooth no longer recognizes the Inspire HR. At the time in January when my insurance company paid for this fitbit for me I asked if my cell phone would be compatible and was told that it would be. Until the unit arrived I didn't know which model they were getting for me, so there was no way for me to check it out. (one of the challenges of dealing with insurance companies). I'm not in a financial position to be able to purchase a new phone as I've only had this one for 6 months or so. It is frustrating. Is there a way to sync by computer?
