Forced to update today.. now I can not create a challenge at all it just a grey area I'm not maxed out on challenges either... help!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're unable to create a challenge. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the app.
- Login using your Fitbit credentials.
- Try to create a challenge again. You can check: How do I start a challenge in the Fitbit app?
- Let me know if the issue persist.

I've had the same issue. I've followed this and nothing worked. It's been this way since the update. Was wondering if any other apps that sync with Fitbit could be causing the problem?

Also, do you receive any error message while trying to start a new challenge? If this is the case, please send me a screenshot of any error message so we can move forward. It's the same issue as many others . Not being able to start challenges even I'm not in the max amount. It says I'm in ten challenges already. Android S8+

@RicardoFitbit I had uninstalled and reinstalled the app it does not work. I have a Samsung galaxy s9+ with the latest fitbit and android system update and still can not create challenges.
