Unable to switch with Samsung Glaxy A71

I buy the charge 4 for my wife but it don't work with the Samsung A71.

What must I do to let this work?

Have you tried to setup the tracker? 

If so, what step does the setup procedure fail at? 

Do you get any error messages? 

Doing a search of your phone, I only see one post about not get timing notifications. This would not prevent your tracker from being setup or syncing, and I would be surprised if we could not get notifications to work.

I have install the tracker. It take a long time. I see the tracker but don't synch.

I see that I can't change the time plates because the app and tracker have the last software. 

I have the same tracker and with oneplus nord al work fine.

I try that. I take a look at the settings by bluetooth. I don't see there the charge 4.

It looks like the tracker is not linked.

I see in the settings of the one plus and I do see charge 4 there.

It seems that he is now downloading the data into the app.
Have adjusted some settings in bluetooth regarding energy management.

I can't adjust all watch faces right now. Somehow the firmware is not up to date.

How can I get this working?
