Hello
I am unable to set up my.fit bit charge 2 with my samsung 8. I had disconnected it as it wasnt syncing and now am not able to even set up! I have tried reinstalling the app, reconnecting blue tooth and restarting the fitbit.
Please help!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
