Unable to sync Charge 2

Hello

I am unable to set up my.fit bit charge 2 with my samsung 8.  I had disconnected it as it wasnt syncing and now am not able to even set up!  I have tried reinstalling the app,  reconnecting blue tooth and restarting the fitbit.

 

Please help!

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
